Create a fully automated solution from in-feed to sorting and packaging by incorporating stackers or pick-and-place robots. Web conveyors put the system directly inline with other equipment, or move it offline for full control over your manufacturing process.|
|Patented controller and software||Our patented controller constantly monitors and adjusts laser power in response to web speeds, ensuring consistent, precise score depths with no burn through even at low processing speeds (such as those during start-up). Because our solutions are entirely digital, there’s no downtime during pattern change over—change the part being processed as easily as opening a file.|
Sensors and vision cameras guarantee accuracy by matching processing to details or patterns printed on the material. Vision corrections can be applied in conventional X, Y, and Θ directions or by using distortion mesh to precisely match printed details. Or set the system to repeat processing based on registration marks, distance, or both.
Our Workstation XY cutting equipment increases processing capabilities by allowing you to work with large sheets of material. And because both the laser module and table move, you can realize striking productivity gains over traditional XY systems. Add a fixed focus assembly to process thicker materials easily—a beam switch effortlessly changes between scanhead/galvanometer processing and fixed focus processing.

|Laser selection||Our experts help you select the exact UV, fiber, or CO2 laser for your process and product. Combine different sources—a UV laser with a fiber laser, a CO2 laser with a UV laser—in one cutting system for multiple processes or material compositions in the same production run. Add multiple modules of the same source to enhance productivity by processing several columns at once. Multiple wavelengths for each source are available to match processing to materials.|
