Our high powered laser processing creates quality stencils with smooth, contoured arc segments and lines that do not exhibit the jagged edges evident in stencils created by traditional methods. We process your stencils individually offering you the highest quality stencil possible. This high speed process allows us to control the cut edge and insure that each stencil is identical and clean. In traditional stacking processes where lasers cut through multiple layers of material to create stencils, the top and bottom layers are discarded, wasting material. Likewise, traditional die-cutting cannot match the unlimited creativity and intricate, complex designs that we routinely produce. Our experts analyze every design to preserve detail while ensuring the highest structural integrity required for repeated use.
