The Precision Medical Converting Group utilizes LaserSharp® Digital Converting technology to enable the production of single and multilayer substrates for the IVD and micro-fluidics market. Our technology is ideal for prototyping with no hard tooling required, allowing for a non-contact process without die constraints. One production process is used throughout the design stage. As a result, the manufacture ability of the device remains constant, resulting in decreased time to market and affordable prototyping. Processes preformed are through cutting, kiss cutting, scoring, and perforating for feature sizes down to 100µm with tolerances in the ± 50µm range.
