Precision laser converting is the enabling technology for multilayer structures using adhesives, polymer materials, thin film conductive coatings, for micro strips, fluidic and biosensor devices. The tolerance and feature sizes are such that mechanical die cutting is not viable for the process. The standard laser cutting process can be combined with laser ablation, laser kiss-cutting, laser perforating, laser scoring and slitting, to complete the individual layers of your test strips and subassembly components. Our LaserSharp technology makes the impossible possible.
