WHITE BEAR LAKE, MN, January 17, 2011 – LasX Industries, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Bob Mlinarchik to the position of Customer Service Manager at LasX Industries, Inc. Bob joins LasX with over twenty five years of customer service experience, with areas of expertise in business unit management, project management, application engineering, and account management. Bob’s strong background in the areas of technical service, manufacturing, production, and design relative to the medical device, electronics, and pharmaceutical/food packaging industries will be an asset to both the LaserSharp® Module Group and LasX customers.
As Customer Service Manager, Bob will oversee all aspects associated with aftermarket goods and services including installations, emergency and planned services, spare parts, and implementation of improvements on LaserSharp® equipment. Under Bob’s direction, LasX will continue to grow the customer service team, adding additional resources and capabilities designed to deliver superior service to LasX customers. In the coming months, LasX intends to introduce a new service infrastructure, providing all customers with the means to share knowledge and actively collaborate on customer support issues.
