Our LaserSharp® technology features a high-speed, non-contact process
Our non-contact process can either penetrate a material entirely or partially penetrate select layers. Unlike mechanical perforating, which often compromises the strength and integrity of film, creating unwanted tears, our laser perforating process produces cauterized holes that are uniform, strong, and free of residue or drops.
LasX’s FreshFocus® platform is the most advanced in its class and has recently achieved 50-micron-perforated holes.
