Mike Sticha joined LasX from a rotary die cutting background, which is how he came to recognize what laser technology could do: perform the die-cutting functions he knew while creating smaller, more precise features than tooling could hold.
Today he focuses on raising the productivity of the contract services operation while protecting the quality of every part that ships.
