LasX contract manufacturing
Two ways in. Quick Turn: prototype and low-volume parts, quoted fast, for design iteration and pilot builds. Qualified production: validated processes in Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanrooms, documentation aligned to your quality system, and export-control handling scoped to your requirements for defense work. Non-metallic medical parts run under our ISO 13485-certified quality system.

FlexPak Services
Laser scoring, perforating, and converting of flexible packaging webs, run as a service on LasX equipment. Most packaging customers start here: prove the feature, build the volume, validate the return — then decide whether a FocusPro™ or Scoreline™ machine of your own is the next step. The parameters transfer with you.

Flexible Packaging
Flexible packaging contract work runs at FlexPak Services, the LasX sister company, on LasX equipment. Prototype quantities through production volume, while you validate the feature or build the business case for your own line. Most LasX packaging machines started as a FlexPak job. PrimePeel® and PrimeVent® are FlexPak's registered packaging brands, and PrimeTear™ is FlexPak's patent-pending easy-open scoring process.

Manufacturing that de-risks the machine
Most contract customers are somewhere on a path: proving a product, scaling toward volume, or deciding whether to bring the process in-house. Because the contract floor runs the same platforms we sell, moving from “you make it” to “we make it” carries the recipe and process record with you. Qualification requirements for the new equipment and site are agreed with your quality team.
Questions buyers ask
What do you need to quote my parts?
A drawing or file — PDF with dimensions, DXF/DWG, STEP, or AI — plus the material and thickness, whether you'll supply the material, the quantities you want priced (several breaks are fine), and any tolerance, cleanliness, or documentation requirement. Attach files to the parts-quote form; after an NDA, your engineer sends a secure link for the full package.
How fast will I get a quote?
Parts quotes go out within two business days.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no minimum quantity — no die to pay for — but orders carry a $500 minimum order value. Prototype and sample parts are quoted like any other order.
How long does production take?
Two weeks is the standard lead time for production parts. Quick Turn prototypes typically ship in about a week.
What tolerances do you hold?
Unless your drawing says otherwise: ±0.010 in (±0.25 mm) on dimensioned features and ±0.020 in (±0.5 mm) on undimensioned ones. Shipped quantity is within ±10% of the order. Call out anything tighter on the drawing and the quote will say whether we hold it.
What's the largest part you can cut?
Sheet work runs up to 24 × 24 in (610 × 610 mm); roll-to-roll work is quoted by web width.
Can I supply the material?
Yes — we run material you supply, or source it for you.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes, on request — ask for a digital proof or a first article with your RFQ.
