Questions we get asked
What decides aperture quality from a laser?
Wall geometry. The aperture's wall angle and smoothness follow beam quality and parameters. It is measurable, and we measure it.
How closely do you register to printed features?
To printed registration marks, ±25 µm on the fly. Registration to copper features on polyimide depends on how the film moves with heat, humidity and web tension, so we establish it on your circuit in a trial.
