Large-format laser processing of sheets, boards, and plates on a static bed — 800 × 1,000 mm, 4 × 8 ft, or 5 × 12 ft — with a LaserSharp® LPM travelling overhead on an XY gantry.
What it changes
- Feature size is set by the laser module — features to 25 µm demonstrated in the PhotonX lab with NIR, green, and UV sources
- XY-stage processing of multi-feature panels, registered sheet by sheet
- No cutting die to validate, revalidate, or replace; the laser process is qualified with your quality team

Does laser processing generate particulate?
Any thermal process generates some. The relevant questions are how much, of what size, and whether extraction handles it for your cleanroom class. This is measured per material and per feature, not assumed.
